Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to support a busy recruitment function by delivering recruitment and HR administration support throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and schedule telephone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and recruitment agencies.
* Manage candidate communications and provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
* Post and manage job advertisements across job boards and recruitment platforms.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, recruitment agencies, and internal stakeholders.
* Monitor contractor and temporary worker renewals and extensions, ensuring assignment records remain up to date.
* Maintain accurate recruitment data and update recruitment systems and trackers.
* Prepare induction packs and support onboarding and induction activities for new starters.
* Provide general recruitment and HR administrative support as required.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in Recruitment Coordination, Recruitment Administration, HR Administration, or Talent Acquisition Support.
* Experience scheduling interviews and coordinating recruitment activities.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* High attention to detail and data accuracy.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
* Experience using ATS or HR systems is advantageous.
