Your Role
Join Ground Control as a Relationship Manager, where you will drive company profitability through excellent client service and strategic relationship development. You will manage a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships. Your leadership will bridge internal operations with client expectations, ensuring service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Management
2. Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key clients.
3. Act as the main contact for client communications, inquiries, feedback, and escalations.
4. Manage expectations proactively, resolve issues promptly, and keep clients updated.
5. Service Delivery
6. Oversee end-to-end service delivery, ensuring standards, timeliness, and budget adherence.
7. Coordinate with internal teams to optimize processes and meet SLAs.
8. Quote & Tender Support
9. Lead site assessments and pre-contract evaluations for accurate quoting and tender submissions.
10. Assist in preparing and reviewing tenders and proposals aligned with client needs and company strategy.
11. Follow up on tenders to improve conversion rates.
12. Process Improvement
13. Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, efficiency, and compliance.
14. Implement best practices and monitor KPIs for continuous improvement.
15. Reporting
16. Ensure accurate logging of job updates via communication channels like WhatsApp.
17. Provide clients with timely reports on job status and performance.
18. Generate reports for internal reviews and client meetings.
19. Team Collaboration
20. Collaborate with operations, sales, finance, and field teams for a unified client experience.
21. Support training, mentor new staff, and participate in recruitment as needed.
22. Sustainability & Ethics
23. Promote sustainability and ethical practices in client services and projects.
24. Support initiatives aligned with environmental and social responsibility goals.
