A well-established, full-service regional law firm with a strong presence across Lincolnshire and East Yorkshire is seeking a General Litigation Solicitor to join its growing dispute resolution team.

The Role
You will handle a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters, including:
* General civil and commercial disputes
* Property litigation and landlord & tenant matters
* Contractual disputes
* Contentious probate (desirable)
* Employment disputes (desirable)
The role will involve managing files from instruction through to resolution, including court proceedings where necessary.
Responsibilities
* Managing a varied caseload of litigation matters independently
* Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and legal correspondence
* Advising clients on legal strategy and riskRepresenting clients in negotiations and settlement discussions
* Liaising with counsel, experts, and third parties
* Supporting business development and maintaining client relationships
About You
* Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) with experience in general litigation
* Confident handling your own caseload
* Strong technical knowledge of civil procedure
* Excellent client care and communication skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
