This service plays a vital role in supporting local families and schools, and is committed to ensuring that every learner is given the opportunity to succeed.We are seeking an inspiring Curriculum Leader for Mathematics & Numeracy to lead provision across multiple sites and work collaboratively within a supportive and close-knit team. This role is ideal for someone who is resilient, innovative, and committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of young people.
About the Role
The successful candidate will:
1. Lead and develop the mathematics and numeracy curriculum across the service
2. Support and inspire students with behavioural and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs
3. Contribute to the strategic vision and continuous improvement of the provision
4. Motivate learners to achieve positive and meaningful outcomes
5. Promote high standards of achievement, confidence, and self-esteem among students
About You
You will:Be a dynamic and enthusiastic educator with strong leadership skillsHave experience working with students with additional needs, particularly SEMHDemonstrate resilience, empathy, and a commitment to inclusive educationBe passionate about raising attainment and supporting disengaged learners
