* Demonstrated ability to meet SLAs, manage operational tasks, and provide flexible support including out-of-hours and short-notice travel across company sites.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Holds a full UK driving license; educated to A-Level standard or equivalent; ITIL Foundation qualified (preferred); Microsoft or cloud certifications or equivalent experience.
