Description:
Berry Recruitment are looking for a temp Hire Administrator to join one of our clients in Totton that specialise in manufacturing and supplying temperature control solutions.
This is to start ASAP for at least 4 weeks with possible extension.
Working hours Monday to Friday 08.30 - 17.30 with a 1 hour lunch break.
Hourly pay rate between £14.50 and £15.50 depending on experience.
The main purpose of this role is to help out with all administration duties on the hire department.
Main Duties:
1. Speaking with customers about the hire of products
2. Ensuring products are available for the customer
3. Checking dates/times for availability and scheduling this in
4. Quoting prices
5. Speaking with sales team regarding anything to do with hire
6. Using computer systems to input information
Candidate Requirements:
7. Administration experience is essential
8. Customer service skills
9. Computer literate
10. Ability to multi task
