We're looking for a proactive Administration Support Officer to join our support team at Osterna to help ensure the timely delivery of Fire Risk Assessments to our clients. You will be involved with the planning of resource and client communications. Where will I be working? This is a hybrid role consisting of time spent between our Northwich office and your home. Working hours may be flexible between the hours of 7.00am and 17.30 Monday to Friday. Initially you will be asked to work 5 days per week in the office until training is completed. About the Role As a key member of the Support Team, you'll be responsible for: Liaising with stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of site assessments. Communicating with clients on daily basis Providing excellent tailored support to our clients to meet their needs Supporting the planning of workflow for a remote team of professionals based across the UK What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and excellent time management. Great customer service skills both internally and externally Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Proficiency in MS Office 365. Desirable Experience in the property management industry. Experience of working in a regulatory environment. Experience of working with Salesforce and/or Risk base would be a significant advantage.
