My client is experiencing significant growth and are seeking a dynamic Finance Manager to join their expanding finance team. This full-time role, reporting to the Group Financial Controller, offers a prime opportunity to contribute to their success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting and payment runs.
* Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, collaborating with divisional teams.
* Prepare overhead reports with insightful variance analysis.
* Lead monthly payroll processing.
* Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and manage intercompany reconciliations.
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and ERP system administration.
* Mentor and develop a team of three.
* Document end-to-end finance processes and provide ad-hoc support.
Success in this role involves:
* Efficient management of ledger functions.
* Producing accurate overhead analysis.
* Collaborating with operational teams for financial insights.
* Driving ERP system improvements.
* Building strong cross-functional relationships.
Qualifications:
* ACCA/CIMA full or part qualification.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
* Project management and problem-solving abilities.
* High attention to detail and numeracy skills.
* Previous SME finance team management experience preferred.
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (NAV) desirable.
