The Role
This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, field-based environment. You will take ownership of developing new business, meeting clients face-to-face, and building a strong pipeline. Success in this role is directly linked to your effort and results.
Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with senior management to learn and apply proven operational and sales strategies
* Deliver in-person coaching and training working along side our Business Mentors, and Sales Executives.
* Actively contribute to the growth, culture, and long-term success of The Legacy.
* Participate in ongoing training and mentorship to continuously develop professional and leadership skills.
* Master face-to-face sales and advance toward creating, leading, and mentoring your own sales team and future sales leaders.
* Set clear personal performance goals and consistently work toward achieving and exceeding them.
