Organising and leading age-appropriate games and activities. Encouraging and promoting good behaviour, positive attitudes, and social interaction. Ensuring the area is left clean and tidy, and all equipment is stored securely. Managing and maintaining resources and equipment. Maintaining a professional manner at all times, ensuring confidentiality and safeguarding requirements are met. Communicating effectively with parents and colleagues.
