Protocol Education is currently recruiting for a Mental Health Youth Support Worker to work in a thriving pupil referral unit in Camden.
The students attending the school all have Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs (SEMH)
The unit prides itself on being part of a supportive local authority. They aim to support every child to develop self-esteem, achieve appropriate and challenging personal targets, and foster enthusiasm for learning so they can make the most of opportunities presented to them. All staff work to inspire, motivate, challenge, and support each pupil, regardless of their individual needs.
The ideal candidate will be professional, passionate about SEND/SEMH, and skilled in supporting children with additional needs, including excellent behaviour management.

All pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary role, with potential for permanency later.
