We're Arc Legal and we're a specialist provider of ancillary insurance products. Part of the global AmTrust Financial group, we have more than 20 years of experience and as experts in our field, we are obsessed with delivering high quality 'bespoke' products and excellent customer service.
As part of our service offering, we manage customer complaints with care, clarity and a focus on fair outcomes. We are now recruiting for a Complaints Handler, based out of our Colchester office on a hybrid basis.
In this role, you will take ownership of complaints from initial receipt through to final response. You'll be speaking with customers by phone and reviewing evidence such as policy wording, claim notes and legal correspondence to fully understand their concerns. You will work proactively to resolve issues early where possible, while ensuring that all responses meet regulatory expectations and deliver a positive customer experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to deepen your understanding of complaint handling within a regulated environment and contribute to a team undergoing exciting technological and operational change.
If you have strong communication skills, experience within a regulated or complaint‑led environment (such as telecoms, energy, finance, or claims), and the confidence to challenge information and interpret evidence, we'd love to hear from you.
