Level 3 Qualified Nursery Nurse

Requirements:
• A Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Early Years or Childcare
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and an understanding of child development
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A genuine enthusiasm for caring for, supporting, and engaging with young children
Key Responsibilities:
• Create a fun, stimulating, and inclusive environment that encourages children's learning and development
• Monitor, assess, and document children's progress in accordance with EYFS guidelines
• Adhere at all times to safeguarding, welfare, and health and safety procedures
• Actively support and promote the health, safety, and wellbeing of every child
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support development
