Job Title: Account Executive
Location: Leeds City Centre (Hybrid)
Salary: £26,000 (FTE)
Role Overview
Support client accounts by ensuring smooth delivery of activity, translating client needs into execution plans and maintaining strong relationships to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Support account management and deliver day‑to‑day client service
* Translate client needs into clear briefs, plans and store activity
* Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery
* Monitor performance, data quality and completion rates
* Produce reports and insights demonstrating results
* Identify improvements to processes and ways of working
Key Requirements
* Experience in account support, operations or client service
* Strong organisation and planning skills
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building ability
* Proactive, solutions‑focused and able to work with ambiguity
* Confident with Excel, PowerPoint and fast‑paced environments
Key Outcomes
* High client satisfaction and service delivery
* Accurate and timely execution of activity
* Clear reporting and actionable insights
* Continuous process and performance improvement
