Social Worker - Children's Safeguarding Team in Kent (UK), earning £38 hourly.

What you will do:
- Assess and manage a diverse caseload of children and families, ensuring that all interventions are timely and effective under UK safeguarding guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with partners to ensure integrated and comprehensive service delivery.
- Maintain accurate case records and documentation in line with professional standards and local authorities.
- Carry out risk assessments to ensure the safety and welfare of children and their families.
- Provide support and advice to children and their families, helping them navigate complex emotional and social challenges.
- Attending and contributing to team meetings and case conferences, sharing insights and strategies.
To join us in this exciting role, you must have a minimum of 3 years post-qualifying experience working in a permanent position within a Local Authority. A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle with business cover, inclusive of carrying passengers, is a must to carry out this role effectively.
