KeyResponsibilities:
* Manageairfreight/roadfreightshipmentsimportshipmentsfromarrivalthroughtofinaldelivery
* CompleteandsubmitcustomsentriesinlinewithHMRCregulations
* Ensurealldocumentationisaccurateandprocessedinatimelymanner
* Arrangecollectionsanddeliveries,ensuringdeadlinesandservicelevelsaremet
* Monitorshipmentprogressandproactivelyresolveanydelaysorissues
* Dealwithhighprofile/highvalueshipmenstandcustomers
* Calculateandmanagecosting,invoicing,andchargeableservices
* Maintainstrongrelationshipswithclients,providingregularupdatesandhighlevelsofcustomerservice
* Ensurecompliancewithallcustomsproceduresandcompanypolicies
* Workcloselywithinternaldepartmentstoensuresmoothoperationalflow
Requirements:
1. Minimumof2-3yearsexperienceinimports(end-to-end)
