Data & Performance Manager
Hybrid working available – two office days per week, with flexibility to work from home on others. Full-time | Permanent. Salary £58,000 - £65,000 plus car allowance £7,200 annually.
Landmarc Support Services is driving a major Digital Transformation, putting data at the heart of how we work. We’re looking for an experienced Data & Performance Manager to deliver data insights, reporting, and performance management to both our business and the Defence Client Community.
What You’ll Do
* Deliver accurate performance data, reports, dashboards, and KPIs using Power BI.
* Act as Contract Compliance Manager, ensuring all reporting meets MoD contract requirements.
* Support the Data Management Plan, improving data quality and availability.
* Provide insights and analysis to drive business improvements.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across the business and client.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong experience in data reporting, business intelligence, and performance management.
* Advanced skills in Power BI (or similar tools).
* Knowledge of MoD Defence contracts.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Eligible for BPSS & SC Clearance (UK residency for the last 5 years required).
* Full UK driving licence.
Desirable
* Experience with Azure Data Platforms, Data Architecture, and Data Engineering.
* Familiarity with data catalogue tools (e.g. Dataedo, Bizzdesign).

About The Company
Landmarc provides the support services that enable Armed Forces from around the world to prepare for frontline military operations across the UK Defence Training Estate (DTE). This includes maintaining and delivering safe and sustainable infrastructure, managing and operating training areas and ranges, and delivering multi-million pound projects to improve vital training assets.
