Job Opportunity: Senior Project Administrator
One of the UK's leading Pension Consultancies is offering a fantastic new opportunity for a Senior Project Administrator to join their team. The role focuses on key project work across a diverse client base.
Responsibilities include:
1. Attending kick-off planning calls to define project scope
2. Confirming requirements, budget allocation, tracking, and timescales
3. Reviewing and maintaining budget trackers regularly
4. Arranging planning calls for project phases
5. Maintaining a basic project plan for each scheme from an administrative perspective, including relevant notes throughout the project lifecycle
6. Ensuring effective communication between parties and project progress
7. Managing additional requirements or bespoke projects to meet client needs
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience within a Pension Consultancy or Third Party Administrator
* Strong knowledge of GMP and DB pensions schemes and legislation
