Duties & Responsibilities:
* Dealing internally with Maritime staff to manage any issues or problems.
* Dealing externally with our customers, ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times.
* 2 days a week will be based in our Birmingham depot while 3 days a week will be based at our customer’s office in Birmingham.
An understanding of the transport industry would be preferred but not essential. Working as part of a successful team, you will possess excellent communication skills and experience dealing directly with customers. A working knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft Excel is essential for the role.
