About The Job We're recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to join the dedicated team at St. Piers School. In this rewarding role, you'll work under the guidance of a teacher, supporting children throughout their school journey. You'll play a key part in helping to plan and deliver engaging, meaningful learning experiences that empower students to achieve their full potential. Day-to-day, your role will include but not limited to: * Putting the students at the heart of everything we do * Helping to create a safe learning environment where all students are encouraged, and enabled, to achieve their full potential * Enabling students to access learning, using needs-specific, personalised approaches, both with 1:1 and group learning activities * Assisting Tutors in the delivery of their lessons * Contributing to tracking students' achievements against their learning objectives * Facilitating learning activities for students to build their skills and knowledge About You Our fantastic Learning Support Assistants all share the same great qualities listed below.
