R&D Partners is seeking a motivated Training Specialist for a field-based role which involves delivering training and support for diagnostic products in the Stoke-Derby area. You will play a key role in ensuring customers are confident in using our solutions while contributing to an excellent customer experience. The position requires travel across the region, occasional overnight stays, and some unsocial hours. Initial training and team meetings may take place at our head office in West Sussex.

Responsibilities:
* Provide training to customers on diagnostic products and ensure compliance with company standards.
* Respond to customer inquiries related to training, troubleshooting, and technical support.
* Assist with product installations and software/hardware launches.
* Maintain accurate records of training activities.
