Residential Conveyancer
Location: Poulton-le-Fylde
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established and growing legal practice based in Poulton. About the Role
We are seeking a confident and capable Residential Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years’ experience to manage a diverse caseload.
As the successful Residential Conveyancer, you will handle all aspects of residential conveyancing from instruction through to completion, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, remortgages, transfers of equity and more intricate property matters.
Key Responsibilities
* Residential Conveyancer to manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion
* Providing clear, timely and professional advice to clients, estate agents and other stakeholders
* Drafting and reviewing contracts, title documents and other legal paperwork
* Conducting due diligence and resolving title or transactional issues efficiently
* Meeting individual and team targets while maintaining high service standards
* Supporting and contributing to the continued growth and success of the conveyancing department
About You
* Residential Conveyancer with at least 2 years’ experience (Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer)
* Proven experience handling a broad range of conveyancing matters, including complex or high-value transactions
* Excellent communication and client-care skills with a professional, proactive approach
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively in a busy environment
* A positive, team-oriented attitude and a genuine interest in contributing to a growing firm
