Pembrook Resourcing is currently seeking an Aftersales Manager on behalf of our client, a well-renowned dealership group in the area.
Job Description
For this role, you will ideally need extensive experience in managing a Service/Aftersales department within a main dealership in the UK.
You will be responsible for managing and controlling WIP, warranty, and debtors, as well as overseeing the parts support process and ensuring that Aftersales franchise standards and manufacturer relationships are maintained.
You will lead a large team and need to be a dynamic, hands-on individual. You must be able to command respect, build trust, and set a fast pace for the team, finding positive ways to achieve business results.
The successful candidate will monitor and control sales activity by reviewing performance with individuals and agreeing on actions required to improve sales. You must be capable of solving problems and identifying solutions for core issues, taking responsibility for your decisions and actions.
You should demonstrate a progressive career history, have a good understanding of departmental KPIs, modern motivational techniques, and ideally possess a strong technical background. If you are a commercially-minded manager with a flair for selling your department, we want to hear from you today.
