Accounts Payable Assistant – Long-Term Temporary Contract Location: West Bromwich Start Date: Immediate We are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join a well-established business in West Bromwich on a long-term temporary basis, with an immediate start available. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and long-standing finance team within a reputable organisation. The company are going through a period of fast growth, this role could potentially change to a permanent opportunity later. Key Responsibilities: Matching, batching, and coding supplier invoices for projects Processing supplier payments Reconciling supplier statements Investigating and resolving invoice queries Performing bank reconciliations Inter company recharges Assisting with month-end reporting Requirements: Proven experience in a complex Accounts Payable role Ability to work independently and hit the ground running Strong communication and interpersonal skills Flexible and willing to support other areas of finance when needed Proficient in Microsoft Excel Benefits: Hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 from home) Flexible working hours Early Finish on a Friday 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) On-site parking Potential for a permanent opportunity for the right candidate
