Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and progress a mixed litigation caseload efficiently
2. Provide ongoing service to existing clients and support business development initiatives
3. Contribute to the growth and development of the PBDR department
4. Produce fee income in line with agreed targets
5. Maintain accurate records of time, billing, and client work
6. Keep up-to-date with relevant law and practice changes
7. Comply with internal quality, risk, and financial procedures
About You
Essential
8. Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (NQ – 3 years PQE)
9. Experience in Dispute Resolution or related civil litigation matters
10. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple matters under pressure
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
12. Attention to detail and accuracy
13. Structured, professional, and proactive approach
14. Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
Desirable
15. Experience with case management systems (e.g., SOS)
16. Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel)
17. Knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules and Money Laundering Regulations
