What To Expect

As a Used Car Sales Advisor, you will play a critical role in helping customers on their journey to ownership of a Used Tesla vehicle. You will be a product expert passionate about Tesla's mission, communicating the benefits of owning a Tesla Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. Your responsibilities include understanding customer needs, educating them about Tesla vehicles, and guiding them through the sales process to ensure informed decisions.

Internally, you will be key in defining, implementing, and the success of our new Certified Pre-Owned Program, collaborating with the HQ team to improve and develop the program. You should be determined to succeed and driven by Tesla's mission to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy. You will work closely with the sales and delivery team, supporting sales targets and fostering a one-team mentality.

What You'll Do

* Become an expert on Tesla vehicles and technologies, staying updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
* Provide comprehensive information about Tesla's pre-owned vehicles, tailored to customer preferences and budgets.
* Guide customers through the sales process, including financing, trade-ins, and delivery.
* Build trust by addressing customer inquiries and objections effectively.
* Contribute to refining the Certified Pre-Owned program with feedback and insights.
* Collaborate with other departments to optimize operations and profitability.
* Create exceptional customer experiences to foster long-term relationships.
* Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.


General Duties

* Support sales and delivery needs flexibly across the team.
* Accurately update customer details in internal systems.
* Share best practices within the Tesla location.
* Educate customers on the Tesla ecosystem and solutions.
* Complete sales administrative duties in a timely manner, collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
* Support wider business requirements as needed.


What You'll Bring

* Excellent communication skills and rapport-building abilities.
* Ability to explain complex topics simply.
* Focus on understanding customer needs and educating them.
* Capability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, managing multiple tasks.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in English.
* Valid UK driving license held for at least 2 years.
