\nOur Client is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Conveyancer to join their CQS-accredited Conveyancing department. This role offers the opportunity to manage a high-volume caseload and contribute to the continued growth of the Property department.
\n
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n• Manage a full caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity for both freehold and leasehold properties.
\n• Exposure to new build transactions and shared ownership schemes is desirable.
\n• Ensure compliance with all relevant property law regulations and maintain a high standard of client care.
\n• Utilise case management systems and the Land Registry Portal efficiently.
\n• Provide supervision and support to junior team members, ensuring high standards of work.
\n• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other key stakeholders.
\n
\nRequirements:
\n• A minimum of 1 year PQE in Residential Conveyancing.
\n• Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently.
\n• Strong IT literacy and experience using Case Management Systems and the Land Registry Portal.
\n• Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines.
\n• Willingness to mentor and support junior team members.
\n• A diligent, conscientious, and cooperative approach to work within a team environment.
\n
