Job: Executive Assistant to Founder / CEO - Start-up Tech/AI
Duration: 3/6 months FTC
Hybrid - Full time
Salary: £50,000 pa
Our client, a start-up in the Tech/AI space, is looking for an Executive Assistant to the Founder. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a start-up environment and be confident in establishing the EA function for the Founder. The role is hybrid, requiring 1-2 days in the office each week and remote work for the rest.
Experience in AI, Tech, start-ups, fast-paced, and growth businesses is highly advantageous. Experience with government or defense contracts is also beneficial but not essential.
Duties may include (but are not limited to):
1. Meticulous diary management
2. Establishing the EA function
3. Arranging events
4. Managing complex diaries across multiple time zones
5. Minute taking
6. Planning complex travel arrangements and itineraries
7. Project management
8. Managing high-profile stakeholders
9. Preparing meeting agendas and presentations (including PowerPoint)
10. Improving business processes and analyzing results
11. Handling expenses, purchase orders, etc.
12. Social media and content creation
13. Supporting the wider business as needed
