I’m currently partnering with a fast-growing, premium drinks business with deep roots in the industry and an outstanding reputation for quality, craftsmanship and brand building. As growth accelerates, they’re looking for a Logistics Coordinator to become a central figure within their commercial team.
The Role
This is a pivotal, hands-on position sitting at the heart of the business. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth coordination of orders, stock, export documentation and distributor communication — acting as the vital link between Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, external warehouses and international partners.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing end-to-end order fulfilment across domestic and international markets
* Preparing and coordinating export documentation and compliance paperwork
* Maintaining accurate stock records across multiple locations and third-party warehouses
* Building strong relationships with hauliers and logistics partners
* Acting as a key contact for distributor queries, resolving issues proactively
* Producing weekly stock and operational reports
* Supporting event logistics and sample coordination
What They’re Looking For
* Experience in logistics, operations, import/export or supply chain coordination
* Strong analytical and Excel skills
* Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
* FMCG or drinks industry experience (preferred)
