Smart Buildings Account Manager

Responsibilities
* Manage the full lifecycle of customer accounts from onboarding to renewal
* Lead client handovers from sales and support system implementation
* Deliver training and ensure successful platform adoption
* Analyse HVAC, BMS and metering systems to identify performance improvements
* Provide technical commentary, reporting and actionable recommendations
* Run regular performance review meetings with clients
* Track and drive completion of energy and optimisation actions
* Identify contract renewal and account growth opportunities
* Contribute feedback to product and technical teams to improve system functionality
Desired Experience
* Strong background in BMS / building controls (e.g. Trend, Niagara or similar)
* Solid understanding of HVAC systems and energy optimisation strategies
* Experience with protocols such as Bacnet, Modbus, Mbus or LoRaWAN
* Knowledge of building performance and energy efficiency principles
* Experience in a client-facing or account management capacity within a technical environment
* Strong analytical skills with confidence interpreting building data
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Self-motivated, organised and able to manage priorities effectively
