We're looking for an experienced, commercially-driven Sales Manager to take ownership of the first branch operation and play a pivotal role in building the brand from the ground up. This is a hands-on, growth-focused management role for someone who knows how to win instructions, deliver results, and inspire others to follow their lead. You'll have the backing of a proven team of property entrepreneurs with a track record of scaling successful businesses across the UK.
The Role:
* Lead and motivate a growing sales team to exceed performance targets
* Drive listings, valuations, and completions across Scotland
* Oversee end-to-end sales performance and profitability
