The Role
* Working in the kitchen preparing meals for lunches, buffetts, functions and dinner
* Assisting the Senior Chefs
* Working in the Hotel restaurant kitchen using fresh produce to high standards

* Already working as a Commis Chef
* Experience of working with fresh food in busy kitchen
