A rapidly expanding, real estate investment management boutique is looking to hire their first HR Executive on a part-time basis to help develop the firm's nascent HR function.
Given recent & upcoming growth plans, the firm has a headcount that requires the need for a specialist internal HR resource. As the firm are still a boutique, they would like to bring on an experienced HR Generalist that can work part-time to manage BAU HR operations as well as work with the COO to put together improved and standardised HR processes. The hire will manage the employee lifecycle for existing employees (performance management / bi-annual reviews / training / grievances etc.). The hire will always work on a wide variety of projects - initially, the hire will work with the COO to implement a new HR system (that the hire will then have ownership for) and work to develop HR data managemnt structures and a new employee handbook.
Candidates should have at least 7- 10yrs HR experience, ideally in a hedge fund / private equity / real estate / infrastructure development type firm. Candidates must have excellent academics and relevant industry qualifications.
The role will pay a highly competitive base salary, potentially anything up to £125k pro-rata. The firm reward staff with exceptional bonuses - the HR Manager can earn a strong bonus component if they perform to a high standard in the role.
