All our work is offered within term time, during standard school hours of Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm.

Short-Term Assignments: Embrace variety and gain experience in diverse school environments with our flexible short-term roles.
Long-Term Fixed Placements: Secure consistent work on either a part-time or full-time basis, providing stability and the chance to build strong relationships within a school.
The Role: Making a Difference as a Teaching Assistant:
As a qualified Teaching Assistant with Tradewind Supply, you will:
Provide valuable support to teachers and students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Assist with classroom activities, working with small groups or individual pupils.
Contribute to the development and well-being of students.
Adapt your skills and experience to the unique needs of different school settings.
Provide support to schools on either a general, 1:1, or small group basis.
Work between EYFS, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2, based on your experience and preference.
Uphold and ensure the high standards of safeguarding, school behaviour, and teamwork across the school faculty.
Who We're Looking For:
We are seeking Level 2 and Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistants who are:
Passionate about supporting children's learning and development.
Reliable, adaptable, and proactive in their approach.
Excellent communicators and collaborative team players.
Committed to creating a positive impact in the classroom.
