We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team.

The Role

As Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of our marketing function and guide both the strategic direction and execution of campaigns across our client portfolio.

You’ll lead a high-performing team of marketers, manage Tier One client accounts, and collaborate closely with our Commercial Manager and Creative Director to ensure exceptional campaign delivery, client retention, and business growth.


Key Responsbilities

* Lead the Marketing Function:Own the direction, performance, and success of Rapid’s marketing department, ensuring team output is strategic, creative, and results-focused.
* Team Leadership:Guide, support, and develop the marketing team — leading on strategy, performance, and delivery. Monitor and help team members achieve their individual KPIs.
* Campaign Strategy & Execution:Oversee the planning and execution of client campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives across Organic Socials, Paid Media, and Content Creation.
* Tier One Client Management:Personally manage a selection of high-value client accounts, offering senior-level strategy, support, and relationship building.
* Client Growth:Proactively identify and pitch additional services or campaign enhancements that align with client goals, in collaboration with the Commercial Manager.
* Industry Leadership:Stay up-to-date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and marketing trends — and drive the implementation of best practices across the team.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with theCommercial Manager to support client retention and relationship-building. Collaborate with theCreative Directorand design team to ensure campaign work is innovative, visually impactful, and strategically aligned.
* Agency Growth:Contribute to the next phase of Rapid’s growth by scaling marketing operations, refining service offerings, and helping shape the future of the agency’s client experience.


What you’ll bring

* Proven experience in a senior marketing role (agency experience preferred)
* In-depth knowledge of Organic Socials, Paid Media strategy, and Content Creation
* Demonstrated ability to lead and grow a team, manage KPIs, and deliver exceptional results
* Strategic mindset with commercial acumen and client-first thinking
* Strong communication and leadership skills, both internally and externally
* A passion for innovation, creative marketing, and staying ahead of industry trends

Salary Range: £35,000-£40,000 depending on experience
