We're seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive PA to support our two Directors in both daily operations and long-term planning. This is a dynamic and varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a business and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: Based on experience
Key Responsibilities
· Provide direct support to two Directors, managing schedules and priorities
· Organise meetings, events, and internal communications
· Oversee refurbishment projects, liaise with contractors and suppliers
· Compile and manage data for reports, budgets, and strategic planning
· Assist with long-term business development initiatives
· Handle general administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations
What We're Looking For:
· Excellent organisational and communication skills
· Strong IT proficiency (Excel, Word, Publisher)
· Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
· Confidence in dealing with contractors and external partners
· Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
· Interest in marketing and design (desirable but not essential)
