This is a fantastic opportunity for an early-career Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work within a supportive and collaborative commercial team, gain hands-on experience with NEC contracts, and play an integral role in project delivery from both a post and live contract perspective.
The Opportunity:
As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor you’ll play a key role in:
Supporting contract administration across multiple design and infrastructure projects
Assisting with early warnings, compensation events, and change management processes with guidance
Helping maintain accurate commercial records, cost trackers and project documentation
Participating in the preparation and submission of applications for payment and supporting cost control activities
Supporting communication and compliance with clients under NEC forms of contract
Your work will directly contribute to delivering successful project outcomes, maintaining positive client relationships, and upholding strong commercial control. About You:
We’re looking for someone who can bring:
A degree (or working towards one) in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
An interest in or basic understanding of NEC contracts and commercial principles
Strong attention to detail and a proactive, organised approach
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
A desire to learn and develop within a structured team environment
Experience in Microsoft Excel and Word will also be beneficial. The Benefits and Package:
