Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Business Support Officer based in Walsall. This is a contract role working full time hours
The role:
* Managing appointments, meetings, arranging and booking venues, minute taking, distributing papers/agendas/documentation
* Acting as a first point of contact for the system via phone and email, answering enquiries both internal and external
* Basic financial responsibilities such as raising purchase orders, issuing receipts, handling payments
* General office management, electronic filing, database management, word processing and other similar duties
The candidate:
* Experience in a similar role essential
* Minute taking skills required
* Good IT and organisational skills
