Qualifications:
* Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP)
* Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
* Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
* Previous experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
* Strong assessment and intervention skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to collaborate effectively with educational staff and families
Location:
* Lake Wales, FL
Responsibilities:
* Conduct assessments to diagnose speech and language disorders
* Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
* Provide direct therapy services to students requiring speech and language support
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student needs
* Monitor and document student progress and outcomes
