Job Description
* Categorise each piece of equipment in terms of risk of breakdown
* Review TPM process and ensure fit for purpose
* Establish mitigation plan (outsource, maintenance contract, revised TPM, training, documentation, replacement equipment or overhaul) & implement
* Put together capex plan/strategy for the next 5 years
* Draft business cases for priority equipment replacement/outsourcing as appropriate including work package to implement
* Draft purchase/equipment specification as required
