Your Day-to-Day
Be ready to make every day different! From cooking in the kitchen to playing in the garden or engaging in music or crafts, you’ll bring structure, fun, and emotional support to children in need.
You’ll work within a close-knit team of 6, supported by Managers, Multi-Disciplinary teams, and Outdoor experts—all dedicated to helping children find brighter futures.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience with Children: in care, education, or another setting—bring your passion and energy.
* Enthusiasm & Resilience: eager to make a difference and handle challenges positively.
* Qualifications: willing to work towards (or already hold) a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People’s Workforce.
