About the Role:
* Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive people strategy supporting growth and a values-led culture.
* Oversee HR, Organisational Development, Talent, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement across multiple sites in Northern Ireland and Ireland.
About You:
Essential:
* At least 10 years of progressive HR leadership, including 5+ years at senior/executive level.
* Proven experience delivering people strategies in large, complex organizations.
* Knowledge of employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational culture.
* Expertise in employment law in NI and ROI.
* CIPD qualification.
