As we expand the Phone Locker brand across Europe and aim for global growth, we are seeking skilled and experienced Account Managers to join our EMEA team. The Account Manager will be based in the UK, playing a crucial role in maintaining and expanding our partner network, ensuring exceptional customer solutions, and supporting the brand through meaningful development. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to progress quickly in their career and have fun along the way!
Responsibilities:
1. Develop new accounts and manage customer relations for assigned accounts, building strong and lasting relationships with clients.
2. Communicate extensively with clients via phone and email, providing prompt and personalized assistance regarding orders, shipping information, and inquiries.
3. Collaborate with clients, offering product recommendations and quotes to meet their specific needs.
4. Act as a subject matter expert on our product offerings and solutions, providing valuable insights and expertise to clients.
5. Coordinate the review and approval of sales orders and proofs with clients, ensuring the seamless progression of orders.
6. Work closely with the EMEA Commercial Director to streamline sales order processing and enhance customer experience.
7. Plan and execute 4-5 annual trade shows in Europe, representing Phone Locker with professionalism and enthusiasm.
8. Provide operational feedback to streamline and enhance the localization of our online channels and align product offerings with the European market.
9. Collaborate with UK and overseas teams, including marketing, production, sales, and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to success in the European market. Focus on developing and onboarding prospective schools, universities, music artists, production studios, film studios, events organizers, and other organizations that could benefit from our unique product offering.
Requirements:
* Sales or account management experience of 3+ years in a product field, excluding tech/services.
* Effective resolution of customer disputes to enhance customer experience.
* Familiarity with CRM sales funnel management.
* Willingness to travel for trade shows and client visits, covering Germany, Scandinavia, and Central Europe.
* Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently to meet targets.
* Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Minimum education: A Levels or equivalent.
* German language skills are preferred but not essential.
* UK driving license and right to work in the UK.
The Package:
* Salary from £30,000-£40,000 DOE + competitive commission structure.

Schedule:
* 9 am – 5 pm UK time
* 4 days per week office-based in Colchester, Essex, UK, plus 1 day remote. Must be able to commute to Colchester.
