You will work closely with colleagues to provide a consistent and supportive approach to teaching and learning, and you will foster positive relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community. Differentiation and inclusion will be central to your role, ensuring that every pupil, including those with SEND and EAL, can access learning and achieve their potential. Assessment will be used effectively to monitor progress and identify next steps, while also celebrating pupils’ achievements and successes.
