<p>Impact Futures is seeking a passionate and ambitious Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner to join our Canada Water nursery as a Room Leader. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop leadership skills while working in a nurturing environment. You will lead daily operations, support childrens development, and mentor other practitioners.</p><p>Training includes a Level 5 apprenticeship with pathways towards senior leadership.
