About You:
* Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident communicator who can explain complex info clearly
* Customer-focused with a proactive, can-do attitude
* Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
* IT literate – experience with LMS or Jira a bonus
The Role:
You’ll coordinate online and in-person training courses, supporting candidates through their learning journey and ensuring smooth, compliant delivery from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
* Enrol learners and manage their progress
* Schedule trainers, venues, and assessments
* Handle customer queries and provide accurate advice
* Process documentation and issue certificates
* Maintain compliance with CAA and awarding body standards
