Location: Temple Point, Bristol, BS16NL
Pay: £13–£16.90 per hour (Depending on pay method)
Start Date: ASAP | Duration: 6 months minimum
Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Cost Administrator / Accounts Clerk to support a major construction project in Bristol. You’ll be responsible for tracking site costs, processing invoices, managing timesheets, and maintaining accurate financial records. Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and head office, you’ll ensure smooth cost administration and project reporting.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor daily site costs: labour, materials, plant, subcontractors

Process invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes
*
Manage timesheets and labour records
*
Maintain accurate cost registers and documentation
*
Support budgeting, cost analysis, and financial reporting
Requirements:

Experience in construction finance, cost control, or accounts administration preferred
*
Strong Excel and analytical skills
*
Excellent attention to detail and communication
*
Experience with ERP systems (COINS, SAP) desirable
*
Full UK driving licence for local site travel
