We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Investigator to join a leading Manufacturer based in Normanton, West Yorkshire.
This is a genuine full-time role, the ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and investigative skills along with strong communication skills and a passion for fact fiding and providing outstanding customer service.
The role will involve handling complex customer cases—digging into the details, uncovering root causes, and working across teams to find resolutions. Your ability to analyse information thoroughly and problem-solve with accuracy will be key to delivering the high standard of service.
Hours of Work
37.5hrs a week : Monday to Friday, alternating weekly between 9 am - 5 pm and 8 am - 4 pm
Basic hourly rate : £14.35phr + Overtime
