You’ll step into a pivotal role at a truly career‑defining moment. As we come together to create the UK’s biggest mobile network, you’ll sit at the heart of Commercial, Trading and Supply Chain — translating ambition into action and helping shape how millions of customers experience our network.
This is a role where your insight will matter. You’ll turn data into direction, influence senior decision‑makers, and help ensure we hit our sales goals while keeping stock flowing smoothly across channels.
* Owning and delivering accurate weekly SKU‑level sales forecasts for selected vendors and sales channels, using historical performance, market insight and commercial ambition
* Turning complex data into clear, confident recommendations that shape demand plans and stock decisions
* Understanding customer behaviour, pricing dynamics and base activity to assess device performance and cross‑brand impact
* Partnering closely with Commercial, Trading, Supply Chain and vendor teams to align on BAU, NPI and promotional demand — calling out risks and opportunities early
* Supporting the delivery of quarterly commercial deals, financial targets and forecasts, escalating risks at the right time
* Presenting your plans to senior leaders, clearly explaining the “why” behind the numbers and driving alignment at monthly and quarterly sign‑offs
* Playing an active role in S&OP discussions for your vendor portfolio
* Leading or contributing to process improvements that make demand planning smarter, faster and more effective
Who you are
* Proven experience in demand planning/forecast/analytics role
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ideally Power BI and demand planning systems
* Strong stakeholder management and teamwork
* Good knowledge of S&OP process
* Analytical mind‑set – manage large data buckets of information and ability to communicate business implications from complex data
