Equans is looking for a Senior Building Services Engineer to join our team in London on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary plus benefits package.
This role will be working on our TFL contract and you will be tasked with being a senior member of the team and will have an experienced background of knowing multi skilled trades.
What will you deliver?
1. Reactive & PPM work as scheduled
2. Looking after and making sure we are up to date with all statutory compliance
3. Work closely with client and maintain an excellent relationship between Equans and our customer
4. Carrying out surveys for compiling quotations for remedial works and small projects
5. Supervise subcontractors on site and make sure work is done as per Equans health and safety standards
6. Management of SHEQ requirements

Who are we looking for?
18. Time Served as a Building Services Engineer with a good spread of knowledge across all trades (multiskilled)
19. Experience of working on railway sites
20. Ability to work under pressure
21. Experience in managing a team of engineers
22. CCS & PTS
23. Full clean UK driving licence
